Leadership meets the future of food on Straight To The Source, hosted by Tawnya Bahr and Lucy Allon, two of Australia's most respected food industry voices. Between them they've worked as chefs, restaurateurs, consultants and educators, across the kitchen, the dining room and the boardroom. Each episode connects listeners with the changemakers deciding how we grow, source and experience food, from producers pioneering regenerative practices to hospitality leaders rethinking what sustainability means on the plate.
Since 2022, Bahr and Allon have published 92 episodes, close to 58 hours, and now release a new one each week. Most run about 38 minutes, the shortest around 23 and the longest 52, leaving room for a proper conversation.
